This exposition displayed an amusing, didactic and to many
art friends, provocating phenomenon. The art expression that
was shown, was scarcely discussed by art historians until
then. “Mondrian auf der Tube” illustrated the many aspects
of the integration of Mondrian’s art and our consumerism. Herbert Henkels of the “Haags Gemeente Museum” notified the Art house in Switzerland that an architectural model was made from Mondrian’s studio in Paris. The scale model was exhibited together with photo panels explaining the research. |
